Elbongo - sadly The Pixies are not touring around Glastonbury time. I have a good friend who works with them so can say as things stand, no Pixies this year.

They don't need to follow any pattern at all.

They could afford to announce the line up on the 30th may if they wanted to!

The eavi have sold out their festival, giving us the lineup now is just a nice offering, they don't need to do this!

We should be eternally greatful should we? Next time you want to buy some clothes give me 200 quid , two months later ill choose them for you and bring them round

Yes its a rubbish analogy ok but ultimately customer care is weak. It's a ballache getting tickets for a show you don't know the line up of. If I was eavis I'd book steps, Daniel beddingfield and glen maderos just to teach us idiots a fucking lesson then cruise around in my landrover stating it was the bbest glasto ever

Michael Eavis doesn't want people who care about the line up to go the festival. I'm not saying that's right or wrong, but it's the truth. That's why he sells tickets so early (although there's also financial issues on top of that) and why he announces so late. Also the line up is so big it's probably not ready till he announces it. Already sold all the tickets so, why announce it in drips and drabs? Say customer care is weak but it still sells out year on year, and it's still the best festival in britain. You're just impatient

Personally, I loved it when you didn't know who was playing until got your programme when you got there on the Wednesday. I know it would be impossible to pull off these days though.

My neices thought Jessie J was the best act over the weekend. She made their weekend. I feel that I failed them in some way but they don't seem too fussed.
