My gym plans have been torpedoed by me breaking an arm last night by falling off my bike so I'll be walking a lot more in the next few weeks, will no doubt listen to some mixes from Glastonbury acts on the way (open to recommendations (but preferably not D&B, no offence if that's your jam)) I average over 40,000 steps a day at G so the training will be a great help 🙂
