go back to watching films nobody's heard of starring people nobody knows :P

Go back? I never stopped. I don't even enjoy them, I just heard Vic Reeves on the radio once saying that if you go to a screening with nobody else in, you can smoke unchallenged.

Goin wotchin Slow West tomorrow, then Song Of The Sea on Monday, in the cinemas, you horrible pirates who are contributing to the downfall of law and order and stability in western civilization.

I've had so little time for the cinema this year, all I've seen since awards season is Mad Max and Montage of Heck, but Song of the Sea if the first thing that might persuade me to make the effort of clearing room in my schedule, looks fantastic.

Finally got round to watching Mad Max the other night. Absolutely amazing - this is what all action films should be like. Non-stop action yet still managed to get a great story and character development in there. I see Tom Hardy has already signed on for two sequels, so fingers crossed they can keep up the momentum

Also as a side note, I love that the actor who plays the main bad guy in this is the same actor who plays the main bad guy in the first Mad Max. Enjoy little things like that

Silly is the word.  At the end I was just sort of sat there going "what did I just see?"

I liked the scene with the daughters of Kevin Smith and Johnny Depp as canadian clerks, I read there's going to be more films in this oddball series and we'll be seeing their return.

*edit*

edited to say that a little reading reveals the next film is called "Yoga hosers" and features the girls in the central role.  The cast list features Kevin Smith as Bratzi: A foot tall Canadian Nazi made of sentient Bratwurst.

I really enjoyed Tusk (Micheal Parks is fucking brillaint in it) but the opening 15mins are so fucking tough as I really didn't give a shit about Justin Long, his girlfriend and the kid from Sixth Sense. I like how the bizarre stuff has it's own logic that does make sense in it's own bizarre way.

i love the Daniel Craig Bond films but i'm not sure if that's because of him or because they're just genuinely great films (well... Casino Royale and Skyfall. Quantum was silly). don't mind him staying on for a couple more though, although i definitely think the one after Spectre will be the last

don't understand why Idris Elba seems to be the frontrunner to replace him in a lot of the media though when he's only five years younger. i know a lot of people are campaigning for a black Bond to come next, but surely there must be a younger contender, even if Idris does ooze cool and would've made a great Bond
