Bestival Weather

Still too early i know but couldn't resist any longer - as it stands the consensus seems to be mainly dry this week but showers next weekend and into early next week. I'm guessing (though i have no idea) predicting the island's weather may be more difficult than the mainland..?

The BBC long term forecast says it will be cloudy with sunny spells on Thursday and Friday of next week, so that's a bonus for people setting up camp on either day. I can't see past Friday so don't know what the forecast is for Saturday and Sunday.

It's about time we had some good sun shiny days. Nice that they can be spent at a festival too. My first bestival was a sunny one. That was a few years ago now. Going back on Thursday so am excited to see the old place again.

Looking at the headliners I think the first one is 2006 for me.

I'd say that's foolish. Unless you're wealthy enough to spend at the festival if the weather turns.
