Boy am I glad I'm not going. They were the 3 of the 5 bands I wanted to see that day.the other 2 were band of skulls and chrvches who also might clash....

I'm still unsure of the Band Of Skulls starting at 8 thing, seems to be a lot of bands on that day for them to go on early. I remember Spector being adamant they wouldn't clash with Biffy last year and they ultimately did, albeit not completely.

Alternative Stage has been announced then. I won't be going to that stage at all, but Bill Bailey is a good booking.

Kelis is also doing the Transgressive Takeover, whatever that is? It's Leeds only so is that the Relentless Stage from last year?

Some of Mock The Week's best names in there which is cool. Nick Helm as well. And Beardyman. Nice announcement.

How do the Propaganda and Buttoned Down Disco things work at Reading? Transgressive is in the Silent Arena, which I think is the tent in the campsite? But are the others just in the Alternative Tent whilst the headliners are on?

Oh that was an actual question haha. With him saying you hadn't seen Daft Punk I thought there was Tool as well.

The sad face was an answer to clarify, but it does remind me of a sad thing.

Sounds like a lot of broken ribs at The Libertines. They'd do well at R&L.

I went and was as far forward as possible without being in the golden circle (which was massive). I really didn't realise how bad the crowd was, looking at YouTube videos and

photos it looks crazy. I still think it's been overhyped in the media though!

I thought it was a good gig but the sound wasn't particularly good. It should be better at ally pally and hopefully the set will be longer and they will play the good old days.
