I really like it, it just isn't as good as the other ones. Being the fourth best Arcade Fire record is nothing to be sniffed at.

I really like it, it just isn't as good as the other ones. Being the fourth best Arcade Fire record is nothing to be sniffed at.

I really disagree, I think Neon Bible and The Suburbs both have a fairly bland patch in the middle, while Reflektor builds slowly but is more remarkable overall.

Neon Bible has better stand out tracks than Reflektor init. Reflektor has Flashbulb Eyes ffs.

None of their other albums come anywhere near Funeral.

I always thought I hated Metronomy, but I always loved The Look without knowing it was them. Scenes.

Why is this a debate? I always assumed it was universally agreed upon that Funeral is the greatest album of all time

Have you heard any of their other albums? There's a reason they hardly play any Neon Bible tracks live. It's cause they're not as good as their other albums. It's a great LP but badly laid out (My Body is a Cage is oddly placed to say the least).

Obviously. Awful Sound, It's never over and Porno are a few of the best songs they've ever written imo.

For me it goes:

1. Funeral

2. The Suburbs

3. Reflektor

4. Neon Bible

It's a tough call for second place between The Suburbs/Reflektor though.
