2013 Lineup

"You can certainly expect guitars. It's definitely all locked down. In fact I had hoped I would have announced one today but paperwork prevents that and I certainly hope that one of them will be announced before Christmas. There's people there who will have headline before, there's people there who definitely haven't headlined before so again, it's doing what Reading and Leeds does; it provides the absolute foundations where you know you've got this great show and it also provides that opportunity for bands to step up and become headliners in their own right and that's what 2013 will be offering".

I've written it out (minus stuttering and stalling) and I really do think he's just answering the question without giving anything away, like he does. I wouldn't read too much into it by assuming he's set a formula for the headliners. All he's done is said is at least one has headlined before, at least one hasn't headlined before, at least one has guitars. Every set of headliners for years have gone by that so he hasn't given much away.

im starting to doubt us having Sabbath :P

Im going with Saturday being a heavy day with ADTR Deftones BMTH and SOAD headlining (Dreamin)

Friday is Arctic Monkeys with Mumford subbing and Vampire weekend somewhere

Sunday- Sabbath and Tool.... ( hahaha)

I'm desperate to do another weekend, but unfortunately, you need to book out a whole chalet, which means getting an agreement with 3+ other people. Particularly awkward considering that it's the price of a festival per person and all has to go on one card (~£550 min).

One headliner has done it before...

Take your pick.

Fucking hell good work with that list

Surely it must be Sabbath that have headlined before though??

Obviously been discussed a lot bit i think we can all agree the one being pushed up has to be Mumfords or Biffy

One who has never headlined before?? Depeche mode would be weak. I think that makes it AC/DC or Jay Z and Kanye West

Forgot to mention SOAD! Anyone know if they have anything planned next year or not?? If so i think they should definitely be thrown into the mix
