Think of it from their point of view. If they are the first big media company to break the news and it turns out to be true, they can live up to the claim that they are the best of Britain. If it turns out to be false? Then they apologise and remind everyone that they took the claim from Queen's website so it isn't their fault.

Maybe Live Nation have bought out Kilimanjaro and are extending R/L and Download to 4 day events using the cancelled Soni lineup
