On Ten D - the info Neil's put on the rumours suggests the only main slot left is very low down, if that's the case Tenacious D can't be playing the main can they? But then where on earth would they play?

Makes much more sense on that day. If in 2008 they can book slipknot before Tenacious D then they can book Enter Shikari before The D this time and The Vaccines also after is a getting the crowd going band byt much better into Flo. I said when we were predicting that Ten D could play as low as 4th as 3rd at R&L, Only subbing in 08 due to the big thing of it.

I imagine they're a hard band to place. They'll probably attract a much bigger crowd at a festival than would ever consider going to one of their gigs. Very well known, very popular, but you'd never hear anyone say they were their favourite band.

No you wouldn't lol. Hard to place I don't think really. Pay them what you need to and pay The Vaccines less as they probably demand less. Dave Grohl could've talked Black into playing 4th no issue if needed and I reckon they may play a longer set that 4th normally, like a 50 min set or even an hour again, going to clash with Billy Talent I still feel and having Refused or Rancid above Billy makes sense, as does NOFX but I think they are lockup. My bet would be Rancid for 3rd nme slot, that would not stop them playing Soni too either.
