Not feeling in the least bit anxious, as we've decided not to go next year. It's quite a liberating feeling, knowing we'll have a Summer full of festivals (already have tickets for 2), without a moment of stress on Sunday morning.

T day a reason for not going. This:

Definitely feeling it now, have just started gathering deposit monies together and reality has hit home. Just over a week to go till T-day (T = trauma).

There is a march against cuts in public services in Birmingham Victoria Square at 12 midday. So i am not only hoping for a ticket, i am hoping to get ours in time for us to get out for the march!

The hubby has just installed firefox and i'm hoping this will help. It is scary though, I think anyone who has missed out once will never take it for granted again.

If the milliseconds are important, I think Opera might still be considered "fastest" broswer around still...though chrome is to

I actually find firefox quite slow now, but i got the check for change add on on there, which is a god send for tickets :P So will probs have that open as well :P

Ditto to GreenFairy...apart from the not going part. I want to work the fest (but not in an Oxfam steward way, I plan on finding something pretty cool to do there, got a few months to make friends in Brizzle and find a way in).

I may still try for a ticket this Sunday but I cant really afford it. Actually only had my first minor wibble about actually wanting to go 2 days ago. It truly is quite liberating once you can actually think about living without the festival for a year/ever again. This year was just too perfect to really want to go back for a while other than in a different capacity for a change of scenery and experience.

There is always Camp Bestival anyway :D

Oops...just remembered, I lost my wallet at the weekend. I dont think I will even have a replacement debit card by Sunday anyway. Heyho. Might regret not getting a ticket but it might be good practice...watch this space...ok so in about however many months time it is when I am ripping out my hair and crying my eyes out because I am not going because I was so blasee about not sorting out tix at the time, I MIGHT regret this attitude but meh...hmm...oh honestly...get a grip.

My internet cut out twice on Sunday morning last week.

As I'm responsible for 7tickets, I've decided risks will not be taken.

Going into the office on Sunday morning.

    • Not necessarily but it should be, Download have a habit of messing it uo when others get the bookings on point. Good Charlotte I doubt are playing 3rd down and that too 3 that day while dreamy is too strong. I think you'd have one another day to help sell weekend tickets. I also doubt Papa Roach play.
    • Here's a bit of a wild stab, few placings may be off, and for all I know half of these won't actually be touring next year, but screw it, it's a bit of fun   Pyramid: Sabrina Carpenter, Phoebe Bridgers, TBA (Florence + The Machine), Garbage, The Last Dinner Party, Interpol, Alex James Britpop Classical Other: Chase & Status, Teddy Swims, Clairo, The Kooks, Zara Larsson, Kingfishr, Sports Team, Orbital West Holts: Robyn, Baby Keem, De La Soul, Deltron 3030, JID, Dua Saleh, kwn, Daniela Latila Woodsies: Bonobo, Darkside, TBA (Tame Impala), Laufey, Warmduscher, Wednesday, The Lottery Winners, The Royston Club, Florence Road Park: Patti Smith, Super Furry Animals, Slayyyter, The Cardigans, Skye Newman, Kelly Lee Owens, Teen Jesus & The Jean Teasers   Pyramid: Harry Styles, The xx, Richard Ashcroft, The Pogues, Jessie J, Sigrid, Travis Other: Rosalia, Sombr, Mitski, Alex Warren, Holly Humberstone, Cat Burns, Pale Waves, Yard Act West Holts: Basement Jaxx, Elyanna, Clipse, L’Imperatrice, Nation of Language, Jim Legxacy, Yazmin Lacey, RIP Magic Woodsies: Suede, Chvrches, Bleachers, MUNA, The Cribs, Keo, Bleech 9:3, The Lilacs Park: MARINA, Magdalena Bay, Jacob Alon, TBA (Lily Allen performs West End Girl), Getdown Services, Isaac Wood, Snail Mail, Madra Salach Pyramid: Sam Fender, Hozier, David Byrne, Cher, Obongjayar, David Gray, Billy Ocean Other: Doja Cat, Deftones, Addison Rae, Ren, Viagra Boys, Maisie Peters, The Reytons, Hard Life West Holts: Kano, Thievery Corporation, Angine De Poitrine, Thee Sacred Souls, Brooke Combe, Sasha Keable, Master Peace Woodsies: The Wombats, Metronomy, Geese*, Dry Cleaning, EsDeeKid, Sienna Spiro, Cowboy Hunters, Radio Free Alice Park: Big Thief, Laura Marling, MJ Lenderman, Richard Dawson, Oklou, Maruja, Dead Dads Club, Ratboys   *There's always one band booked for Woodsies that ends up being massively under-billed and gets shut down really early. They'd be better off playing somewhere like Other sub, but I could see the G getting them to play a smaller stage while it's still possible
