Bit revisionist after his poor form last season; he was pretty much an everpresent during the 3 consecutive titles. Played over 140 games in the 3 years, starting over 120. Played pretty much every CL game. Had a poor CL final against Barca and struggled with form, confidence and a few niggling injuries but still played 44 games last season (starting 33).

He'll be 30 at the start of next season though and not the most athletic. Cant see him being around when hes 35.
