raging.

my mate is having her tickets delivered to my address (long story). she has received no dispatch email but they tried to deliver while i was in the shower this morning.

imagine my horror when i looked at the card and saw if was for dx secure, registered company name at the bottom - SMS SECURE!

sms?! are you effin' kidding me?! i've had experience with this crew and they are nothing short of obstructive.

anyway, i phoned to sort a redelivery. they insisted that to have them redelivered here, the address on the envelope, i need my mate's id. when i queried this i was told that even if i had answered the door today that without the id of the person they are addressed to, they would not have given them to me. WTF?! oh and they can't specify morning or afternoon, they work a standard 9-5 day and it'll be somewhere then. yeah ok, that's why you just tried to deliver at 08.45?

i can get the id, but i know they won't ask for it. they never do. and this id crap is just nonsense anyway.

my blood is boiling. sms?

GAH!

I love how people are panicking on May 24th, when it says that see plan to deliver by June 19th.

:P

There's still an ever-so slight window of time to receive your tickets, people. i.e. ALMOST A MONTH.

Picked up my ticket this morning, my envelope also contains some random person's ticket! Seetickets are f**king useless!!! Any ideas on what number to call to let them know of this massive faux pas? For those that didn't receive a car park ticket mine was also in the envelope. It seems as if they've just thrown everything in the direct vicinity in.

    • We don't have any choice but I don't need a t-shirt for it! 🙂    On the bright side, it gets it out of the way for a nice 5 year run... notwithstanding wars, new contagious diseases and apocalypse.

    • Top 5 acts of the weekend for me: 1. The Cure 2. my bloody valentine  3. caroline 4. Father John Misty 5. Big Thief   Biggest disappointments: - Slowdive (the mixing/sound just wasn’t right, and that was about 20 rows from the front of the stage) - The xx (also too quiet and marred by talkers who had no interest in the music)    Positives from an organisational sense: - extra water point at Mordor this year - handing out ponchos before the rain and ear plugs before mbv    However…two of the water points had ran out on Saturday evening, which is completely unacceptable when you stop people from bringing in large bottles of water, and charge €4.50 at the bars for a 330ml can
