I've just had a third email from See, to go with the two they sent me last week. It does have a DX tracker number on it. Which in my case was the my order number with a six appended on the front.

This works in the tracker although it does tell me that delivery will be on the 14th of June. This may not be the end nor even the beginning of the end, but at least it's progress.

Whether sticking a six on your order number will work for you I have no idea, but it just might work...

Below is the general body of today's missive.

Great News - Your tickets for Glastonbury have been dispatched and will be delivered to you today by DX Secure. A signature will be required but anyone at your address can sign for them.

What if I am not in?

If we have attempted to deliver your tickets but there was no one in to sign for them, our secure delivery agent will leave a calling card. This will include a unique tracking number.

Will I need to show any ID?

On the initial delivery to the original address, anyone can sign for your tickets. If the initial delivery is not successful, when you organise a redelivery you or anyone at your address will need to show ID to the Secure delivery agent, this can be a Passport, Government ID Card, Driving License, valid Debit or Credit card.

Can someone else sign for my tickets?

Absolutely, anyone at your original address can sign for the tickets on the initial delivery, or by producing your ID if you need to book a redelivery, ID requirements are a Passport, Government ID Card, Driving License, valid Debit or Credit card.

I had an email last Wednesday from SEETICKETS saying my ticket had been dispatched.

Received no email from DX saying when they would deliver.

Came home from a job interview at 4.30pm today to find a "we have tried to deliver your ticket" card on the doormat.

Just had to rearrange for delivery on Wednesday as they can't deliver tomorrow as I rang after 4pm.

Couldn't specify a time at all between 9 and 5pm.

So hopefully on Wednesday I should have the ticket!

Had an Email on Tuesday saying that it had been dispatched, then got one today from DX saying it was due for delivery today, when i check on their tracker it says im getting it on June 14th? :S Confused...

am very worried now as I have had no email and my tracker status says I have only paid deposits no balance. Have checked bank account and balance was definitely paid on 10th feb. I thought maybe I had a newer reference number that maybe I had forgotten to save so tried to track using my card details and postcode but it says there are no orders for me!!!!!

I have emailed them to find out what is going on. I originally booked for 6 of us on my card and then I paid the balance for 2, 2 cancelled and the deposits returned to me and the other 2 paid their own balances which are recorded on tracker and have had the email saying their tickets have been despatched

am not panicking, am not panicking, am not panicking......

Is it me? or should we have a choice in which service See TICKETS sends our merchandise , like it's £4.95 to post at least we should have a choice who delivers our property! it's ours, not theirs! Personally give me Royal Mail Special Delivery but that's my me, at least you can fecking track it!!!!

Or be delivered in the 2-3 day period has said from See by Royal Mail Special...

Sorry very bitter, grumble moan grumble " Ps you lot got tickets please don't say carm down dear " Grrrrrrrr :P

DX is actually SMS (or should I say the other way round as DX took over SMS I think !) as used in previous years. Must say that I've never had any real problems with SMS in the past but it defo looks like See have screwed up yet again when sending emails out this year. I have an email from See received last week saying tix despatched and delivery in 2/3 days whereas, from past experience, what they almost certainly mean is tix sent to DX/SMS and will be delivered as and when DX/SMS get around to it :P Not panicking at all mind you but See don't half make problems don't they :P

For those who have recieved their tickets! I noticed some saying there girlfreinds/wives/hubby etc had come but theirs hadn't! Did you order them all together? or seperatley?

I order mine, Hubbys and Bro's all at the same time, all with same card and all getting delivered to the same address, do you think they will all arrive together or not?

Also has anyone had their campervan ticket yet? Will that come with the tickets do you think? Should I query it if I get one without the other?! :P

Oh I've not had an email yet either!!!! :P Driving me nuts I keep checking See tracker but just says in stock waiting to be despatched!!! Would love to know how they choose which order to send them out in!!!

I just want my ticket!!!!!! LOL
