Ticket despatched!

However i had it sent to my parents' house so I am yet to see its prettiness

I got my email last night from seetickets, but weirdly I got a second email just after the 1st, so it looks as though they are sending me 2 tickets as I have 2 separate confirmation numbers !! ???

I got the same two emails. I checked both the order reference numbers and one doesn't match my postcode, but the number from the second email does and confirms my ticket.

I got the same. One tracking page confirms my address. the other doesn't. Doubt I'll get 2 tickets sadly, was pleasantly surprised it was only £140, as I'd forgotten I'd paid my deposit!

Similar things happened to me, Weird, Had two confirmation e mails today, differeing ref number by one digit, both seemingly the same order which was a ticket and campervan ticket.

Anyone else had a simliar thing?

I did get the two about 3 hours apart. So im guessing you get two seperate refs then.

My booking was a bit of a farce this year, got most my families but all at different times so god knows whats goin on!!!

Ticket was delviered this morning, but I was out enjoying the sunshine (It took a while to realise what that big yellow thing in the sky was, havent seen it in a while).

Phoned DX, collecting ticket on Monday from their office in Glasgow http://m.yell.com/01Fr88, just in case anyone wants to know where it is.

You need ID to collect. Now I just need to get the tent up and checked (hopefully this weather will continue from now until.....well after Glastonbury would be enough).

Does anyone know how long after receiving the dispatch e mail it takes for the ticket to arrive, (next day, or a few days later).?

Has anyone tried the automated re-delivery line? Jesus Christ it's useless. When I eventually spoke to a human I just said I'll come and get it. Will be far easier. Sooner see tickets use royal mail the better.

So, i got a email from See tickets saying my tickets have been sent. Does this DX company send you a email has well, only asking because my mail server was down for a few days... got email from See on the 19th.

Despatched Wednesday and arrived today.

Might add, I live in a apartment block that is very hard to find and when you do find it there is no parking, but the courier driver had no problems... so is that hope for everyone else?

I had a email on Tuesday saying my tickets had been despatched, they didn't arrive by 5pm today so I called to see what was happening with them. They told me I wouldn't be receiving them until Monday 14th of June Which is almost 4 weeks after the despatch date, so I asked can it be done any earlier and they said yeah you can get them next Tuesday 25th May . I'm not sure if this is down to me changing my address recently with see tickets or they are sending them out by location or something I live in Swindon by the way. It may be worth a call if your in a similar situation. Number 01604782952.

I even got a email today saying it's been delivered.. never got the tracking email though..
