Neil Young at Glasto last year) - Cortez the Killer, Southern Man, After The Gold Rush, Harvest, Old Man. He didn't play any of them and they are probably my favourite songs of his. His performance was brilliant but it was disappointing not to hear these classics. Bruce and Blur didn't disappoint though! :-D

The Who at Knowsley Hall on the Saturday night before they played at Glastonbury. Was waiting all night for Substitute, all through the encore was expecting and they finished on a real downbeat song, I waited hoping they would come back and play Substitute, couldn't believe they would finish on such a low note. They did and by this time most of the crowd was in the queue to get out of the flooded car park and had to wait four hours to be pushed out of the mud and the queues. Not happy!

I suspect that their contract might well have stipulated that they didn't play it .... after all, why would a festival sponsored by V Mobile then want an act to have everyone thinking "Vodaphone"?
