Pissing on the Bales

With all the fuss in recent years about peeing on the hedges and Glastonbury being such and eco friendly place then why havent we seen these massive piles of pissy hay about the place?

I for one would fully endorse this as it would end all pissing in hedges and you would be giving something back to the land.

because there's one hundred and eighty thousand people at glastonbury, all that piss could not be absorbed by a little hay and would end up in the watercourses - which is why they've been threatened to have their license pulled if they pollute the stream again.

a little piss can be good for the garden/whatever that article said, but not in industrial quantities.

and who'd clear away all that pissy hay at the end of the festival? you?

I guess it seemed like a good idea... it was pleasant enough to 'use' but yeah.. got kinda messy and didn't really work at Shambers. How about recycling using a plastic bottle? Simply add a purification tablet and hey free water! Mmmm.

Why would I have to collect the pissy hay? Do you collect your piss at the festival then?

Anyway

Someone here did the math and there would be enough piss generated to fill an olympic swimming pool. It they just dug a hole that big and filled it with piss and hay we we would have an olympic swimming pool sized bale of good fertilizer. Im sure the starving orphans in Ethopia would be very grateful for that. Its the sort of thing Glastonbury is all about.

Are you going to be the one to tell the starving orphans in Ethiopia they cant have their olympic swimming pool sized pissy bale of hay/fertilizer this Christmas just because you dont want to be the one to collect it?
