Leon's just a troll, sort of. Troll's usually wind people up a bit more leon's just weird. Made a thread about whether he should take weapons to the festival, then one about pets. Then I guess he ran out of ideas so he went to the glasto board and did both threads again

One of the NME headliners will surprise everyone when it gets announced - and it wont be for a while. And it will totally embarass another festival. And it will please the rock fans who are disappointed. Go figure.

I tell you what, people who were complaining about a weak lineup can't complain now, with 2 UK exclusive headliners, 1 English exclusive, 2 acts headlining NME who have headlined Download in the past two years, an act who are headlining IOW, and a very strong lock up stage looking likely.

I've softened on the "weak" accusation, especially if the lockup has two strong headliners. But it would take a heck of a surprising set of main stage additions to change my opinion that it's "unbalanced".

The fact that headliners are "exclusive" is irrelevant, it has nothing to do with wether people like them or not. Would you rather say the courteeners were headlining leeds and it was "exclusive", or RATM decided to come back or muse did, but oh no, they are playing another festival!

I think i know where my vote would go. . . . . .

Nevertheless, the quality of the line up is all based on opinion, IMO, headliners are a bit of a let down, but the rest aint half bad.

    • Very different in terms of time of game,  yet remember how excited I was before the first game in Euro 2016 having grown up not sure I would ever see wales in an international tournament. That day scraped a win against Slovakia and was just happy to see wales score and win at a tournament, little did I know we would finish in the top 4. Hope Scottish fans get the same experience.
