I think there were some rumours about it touring Europe? Anyway having done a bit of digging on the site it looks to me that its gonna happen in the following countries:

Holland

Germany

Spain

Catalunya (Not sure why here and Spain)

Sweden

Finland

England

You know I think NIN will play this

In an interview about tour plans he said:

amphitheatre tour in US starting in april which will last for while (obviously lasting until at least mid june based on date announced)

"big suprise can't talk about"

then europe, do a few festivals. mid-end summer put breaks on.

Is the right time of year, and if he's doing any UK festival is has to be this.

I've booked in the hotel nearest to Knebworth the Novotel, its available at £55 per night at the moment with no payment until the day and you can cancel without charge until the day before you are due to stay so if the line up is sh1t hot and there is no camping I've got the option to attend for as little as possible and without the hassle of traveeling too far to a hotel.

are we all sure it's a two day thing?

I'd have though that having a two day package tour (like ozzfest) would be quite difficult logisticaly, wouldn't it mean that you'd need twice the resources?

As big as they are, surely linkin park could play second to metallica.

Isn't the park only booked out for like 3 days aswell?

Right the homepage is

http://www.sonispherefestivals.com/

then if you put say

http://www.sonispherefestivals.com/lineup/metallica

the IE bar will say line up - Metallica

thus proving thats there a page for the artist is just hasn't been activated to be seen by the public

If however you type in for example

http://www.sonispherefestivals.com/lineup/greenday

it will just say sonsiphere, and nothing about the artist in the IE bar
