Seeing them at the weekend with Everything Everything supporting, I paid £28 for standing. 

If they headline glastonbury hopefully they dont pull a Kasabian and bump up their tickets for £50.

I'm with you on this, they usually only play 1 hour 15 maximum with fairly similar setlists in most places. In my opinion it just feels way too short and they could easily flesh it out more with some of their earlier material making it 1 hour 30 and upwards. I saw Will Butler play after one album and even he played for longer than 1 hour 15 minutes. I understand that their gigs are real energetic but when I saw them I couldn't help leaving feeling that it was way too short. There is no doubt they put a hell of a lot of effort in to each of their shows. If they started charging £35+ to see them I don't think it would be worth the money, personally.

I thought they were doing 90 minute sets now? They were on the last album and that Paris gig that was streamed was 75 minutes with 2 songs cut. The set times for their gig in Glasgow tomorrow have them down for 90 minutes too. I'd like them to play slightly longer sets as well as they're missing out some great songs at the moment but I don't think it's as bad as some people are making out.

I love Foals but I would want to watch them for 1h45 to 2h though. In fact, there isnt a single band ever who I would want to watch for 2hrs, I would get bored.

I would much rather have 75mins of full on best bits than flesh it out for the sake of it.

Maybe I just have a short attention span.

I agree the crowd was really good. Having seen them tour for years through albums I thought it was almost verging on overly rehearsed. I know it's their first arena tours so they want to make it count, but it lacked a lot of the chaos of the smaller shows I felt, that's to be expected though. Even with that, I definitely enjoyed myself

I thought they did a good job of making it feel more intimate than a normal arena what with the lights/screens being lower down (albeit not Kanye low!). I sort of agree on the chaos thing but it can be hard to bring that into an arena and I thought they did a decent job of it. The smallest venue I've seen them in is barrowlands so while the hydro is a jump up from that, I've never seen do a properly small venue.

Same!! Can't believe I missed them to get a good position for the Arctic Monkeys (and watched Dizzee whilst doing so I believe)
