Paramore and QOTSA

Do you think they will come back to headline outright in a few years time? I would love for it to happen for both bands, and can't wait until they do

Aye next time QOTSA are doing festivals and there's been a big enough gap I think they'd do it outright. Can see them headlining DL/IOW next time round.

I really do hope so, two of my favourite bands. As much as I love Paramore I really hope Queens are back first, SO many brilliant songs they couldn't cram into a 75ish minute set. There's been rumblings of Paramore writing a new album so I could potentially see them as an outside shot for 2017.

They definitely both deserve to considering they smashed their sets and proved they should have both been headlining outright to begin with. Queens 2017 and Paramore 2018 maybe.

Judging by what I heard about the crowds as well and reception for bands I'd agree with you. QOTSA will always have the niche factor whereas Paramore for R&L don't. It's exactly their crowd. A lot of newly turning 16 year olds will love and lap them up, a larger majority I'd say than QOTSA who I can see being liked by many more older people, the type that is getting less and less at R&L.

I don't think it matters who is back first though. It's completely circumstancial, rather than who was better received or whatever bollocks.
