I've barely watched anything this year other than PPVs, so I'm not really into the hype this year, but it's WRESTLEMANIA on Sunday and I finish my job on Friday, and don't start the new one until after Easter, so I know what I'll be doing Sunday night :) I've only watched the whole show live on TV once before, so it'll be special hopefully.

Is it Wrestlemania on Sunday? This thread is dead. Raw sucked last night.

Match betting http://www.paddypowe..._grp_ids=633824

edit: Accumulator on Cena/Punk/Show/Sheamus £15 staked with a potential £76 return. Something will go wrong!

I'm pumped for WM it has the potential to be one the best in recent time,

Predictions for the matches

The Rock vs Cena - Cena

HHH vs Taker - Taker

Team Johnny vs Team Long - Team Johhny (I expect a heel turn and some outside interference in this one)

CM Punk vs Jericho - CM Punk

Daniel Bryan vs Sheamus - Sheamus (I hope I'm wrong on this one, because I really like D Bryan as champion)

Orton vs Kane - Orton

Rhodes vs Show - Rhodes

Beth Phoenix & Eve vs Kelly Kelly & Maria Menounos - probably kelly and maria

This years Mania on paper looks great but the build into it has been the worst I can remember.

Punk Jericho has tried to add some heat on it last minute it feels.

Sheamus v Bryan has been absolutely non existant

The teams match has been built up for a couple of weeks

Its all been Taker v HHH, which has been ok, but still felt lacking a bit in build up

and Cena - Rock, which has been ALL the build up, Just feels so forced that you're meant to care about this, they keep showing the fans when Rock talks and they pull a stupid face and wooo everyone is meant to love the rock, quick buy Mania!

I've already booked the time off work, so I'll be watching.

And regarding betting. You can always bet on WrestleMania. Think I'll be having a punt on Taker winning. Im really not sure on the other 3 main events.

Internet rumours have it that WWE might be announcing the main event of Wrestlemania 29 as early as next weeks raw. If thats the case something has to happen or someone show up at this years Mania to set that up. Cm Punk tweeted SCSA this week with "29", so that would be my top bet...

Austin vs Punk

Lesner vs. Taker

Cena vs. Rock rematch

Been offline for around a week and missed all the build up.I've even gone off the boil for Mania itself truth be told and probably won't buy it.Defo want to watch it on a stream if I can as would love to see Trips v Taker.

Punk v Jericho n Show v Rhodes should be quality aswell.

Dont like the idea of Austin v Undertaker. Done before, might as well do Austin v CM Punk, which is a natural feud. The idea of an out of action for ten years Austin trying to break Taker's streak just buries the entire roster.

Really, the only choice for next year should be Lesnar v Undertaker, then Cena v Undertaker the year after. After that, there isnt really anywhere to go, unless some new stars are created.

Both F4WOnline.com and PWInsider.com are reporting that Brock Lesnar is in negotiations with WWE to make a surprise appearance at Sunday's WrestleMania XXVIII pay-per-view event at Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Florida. Negotiations are ongoing, but a source within the company says that there is a 50-50 chance that Lesnar will appear on the show.

The source went on to state that WWE wants Lesnar to appear and is hoping that a deal can be finalized within the next 24 hours.

Ultimate Fighting Championship President Dana White confirmed to F4WOnline.com that Lesnar is legally able to appear at WrestleMania on Sunday since he is no longer under contract to the organization. White was not aware if Lesnar was appearing on the show.

I don't understand how any bookie can be taking bets on HuntOR to win. Even at 1-7 ON... that's easy money on 'Taker to win.

Easily worth a £70 stake to in a round in down at the pub.
