Both F4WOnline.com and PWInsider.com are reporting that Brock Lesnar is in negotiations with WWE to make a surprise appearance at Sunday's WrestleMania XXVIII pay-per-view event at Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Florida. Negotiations are ongoing, but a source within the company says that there is a 50-50 chance that Lesnar will appear on the show.

The source went on to state that WWE wants Lesnar to appear and is hoping that a deal can be finalized within the next 24 hours.

Ultimate Fighting Championship President Dana White confirmed to F4WOnline.com that Lesnar is legally able to appear at WrestleMania on Sunday since he is no longer under contract to the organization. White was not aware if Lesnar was appearing on the show.

I saw this last night, also had quotes from The Rock when asked is it going to be the Brock v Rock rematch next year he replied ''Im not saying anything'' or something like that.

Id be over the moon if Lesnar came back full time, I doubt he will however

Nah he said he hated the WWE schelude and being in the limelight, fans always on his back wherever he went, just wanted to shy from the public.

Can't see him doing more than a couple of PPV's a year and build up.

Surprised how much build up Rock has done for this years Mania, even though it has been shit.

I'm not. Its mutually beneficial for both WWE and The Rock. WWE desperately need to get Cena over properly. Hes not the main man they expected which was proved when Punk had his Austin 3:16 moment a few months back and Cena became a bit irrelevant. I expect the Rock to fully put over Cena like Hogan did for the Rock at Wrestlemania.

This generation of fans are growing up so I wouldn't be surprised to see a heel turn from Cena on Sunday and WWE using it to usher in a new attitude type era. If the fans are ready for it. If not, it'll be a full "I respect you" load of cobblers from The Rock. He heads back to Hollywood and Cena is left holding the torch passed on by The Rock.

For the record, some of the Rocks promos have been embarrassingly dire. The "We Will Rock You" thing was shit. The happy birthday Rock nonsense a few months back with Vince coming out and thanking him?!

Not really interesting in the match anyway. Hell in a Cell all the way for me.

why tell me to fuck off when it's my opinion? its not as if i said it was fact. each to their own and all that.

sure it was a fitting end but it seemed too similar to last years wm with taker seemingly down and out just to pull it out of the bag again at the last.

it was a good match but they could have shortened it a little, but then with them both being quite old i suppose it did fit with that script having to have it drawn out for that long.

was far better than rock/cena though

Apologies, I'd had a few drinks, I personally enjoy the matches lasting longer because i know I'm watching one of the last matches they'll fight so I like to get my moneys worth, especially as since 04 I only watch RR and WM

Taker v HHH was fantastic, HBK and all, if thats the last match they are all involved in I'd be happy with that, the three of them walking out seemed like a sign off for them.

Other than that, it wasnt the best, putting a world title match on first, when fans arent packing the place yet and making it go a couple of seconds when it could have been one of the best matches of the night really set a bad tone for the first hour. Both Bryan and Sheamus deserve better really, reflected in the crowd as well when you got Daniel Bryan and "Yes! Yes! Yes!" chants in the next few matches. The womans match, Orton/Kane (though I dont know why they have Kane winning) and Show/Rhodes just passed by really. The matches post Taker/HHH really suffered from the crowd being blown out from that match too.

Overall It was a solid Mania.

Daniel Bryan/Sheamus - Absolute bullshit, Raging about this!. One of the best workers in the wrestling industry gets squashed at his first Mania, The rumble winner wins in a squash? It's even more annoying when a match like this gets 7 seconds and they have terrible music performers playing for 15 minutes.

Kane/Orton - Good match for what it was. Glad Kane went over, Won me a nice 27 quid.

Rhodes/Big Show - Was alright, Happy Big Show won.

Taker/HHH - Absolutely loved it, The spot when HBK hit the Sweet chin then Trips hit the pedigree was the closest moment that I thought the streak could have ended. Loved the ending, Three legends embracing eachother at the end. Taker can go to 25-0 IMO. Lesnar then Cena? Fuck it, Bring in Sting!

Johnny/Teddy GM match - Was more of a filler match but was okay. Ryder impressed me.

Punk/Jericho - Match of the night for me. Glad it got 20 minutes and they nailed it.

Rock/Cena - Hot crowd and a good match, Pissed off with Rocky winning (Cost me 102 quid). There now has to be a rematch with Cena going over.

Also.. Great seeing Edge being inducted into the HOF and Nature Boy back in the WWE.
