9.15pm is 4.15pm in America and 08.15am in Australia. With AC/DCs post this makes me think it could be them announcing worldwide festival dates.

Indeed, they are headlining Download, Hellfest, Werchter, Mad Cool and few more…

Download have announced at 9pm for the past 2/3 years now.

While the extra 15 minutes is random it being at 9.15 doesn't change anything and can't be used to rule any bands in/out

At this point I'm more interested in the undercard. Headliner pool seems to be set, but from doing the math there's plenty of logo sized acts in Europe next summer that simply won't be available.

Thinking we might end up with a few complete wildcards who aren't about anywhere else. Maybe someone like Primus, or the return of Andrew WK?

Think Slayer could be possible

I'm also waiting the line up, but don't expect any surprises...

Bad omens, Bizkit, Maiden, Volbeat... and everything already announced at the other festivals. The Offspring with very high slot (what's up with that?. and how Limp Bizkit became to headline festivals now?! heheh).
Might get really interesting at the very bottom of the bill though, with bands like Ecca Vandal, High Vis, Thornhill, President (again), Scowl, etc. Would love to see Bush in the line up... RaR announced them last week

If there's anything exclusive, it'll be at Hellfest I recon.

No way is AC/DC going to be there lol. At this point just fully accepting the GNR/LB/LP rumour is true simply because its been passed around so much, and honestly I don't mind that trio... Even if GNR are rubbish now I'm sure I can enjoy it after a few drinks.

Mostly interested in the undercard, lots of bands around that I want to see but I think a good chunk of them won't make it but hopefully I'm surprised.

As much as it is unlikely, it's not a "no way" situation. You can't say they've no chance and then say you've accepted that trio simply because people have said it and you like it. Open your mind, let it be free, dream a little.

Personally I'd like ghost and Lp to be headliners. Not too fussed on whoever else. I guess acdc would be a good pick. I think Limp isn't great. They were there in 2024 as a sub so I dont get why they would be back after 1 year out to then headline. I just dont get it. Why would they book them so soon and bump them up? I know they are at near enough every other festival in 2026 but why follow suit. Be different right? Ill be dissapointed with Limp cant lie.

Not gonna be Maiden or Offspring due to own uk shows! President at slam dunk do forget them.

Why is AC/DC so unbelievable? They have done DL a few times, no?

once in 2010, and they had to built an entire new stage next to the mainstage for just 1 band, this has massive logistical implications not to mention the financial implications.

You just can't do that in 2026 and even break even.

Was that stage actually just for their set? I knew about it but didn't realise it just stayed empty for 3 days

They have played once (not counting MOR)

They demanded to bring their own stage, they refused to appear on the merch and had nobody clash with them.

Ah, yeah that makes sense as to why they would be a no go then
