Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever seen PKP sell out in all the time I’ve been doing fests!

Assuming there’s an official re-sale system and such like for closer to the time?

Yes, there's an official exchange service that opens a few weeks before the festival starts and it's the only way to buy a second hand ticket, because they check ID cards at the entrance and there must be your name on your ticket.

In 2024 the fee for the name change was 16€.

Maybe I'll be considering trying this too but it's too soon now to think about it.

Anyways, nice announcement by Green Man today, hopefully a lot of overlaps with PKP.

Pulp heading the Friday at La Route Du Rock. Still a tiny chance but you'd have thought they'd have been announced by now 😞

If QOTSA, Justice and Papa Roach are all on the Main Stage, I still see room for a Kiwanuka-Vampire Weekend-Khruangbin-sized Marquee act on Sunday. Don't know if Pulp can take that slot but I don't think we're late for the Sunday Marquee headliner announcement.

this year will be my first time visiting pkp 🥳 now i am wondering how easy it is to communte between the stages, especially between main and marquee. Also, how big is the marquee capacity and will the marquee be closed once it is "full" (like they to at the barn at Rock Werchter)?

Commute between stages is easy.

Main and Marquee are next to each other, when it is busy you need 5 minutes to go from a decent spot of one stage to a decent spot of the other stage.

Marquee has a capacity between 10.000 and 15.000. It will not be closed when full.

Impressive lineup already after today's announcement. Very sad for not getting a ticket. Who knows, maybe I'll catch one this summer 😬

I'd say the easiest festival to commute between stages and see the greatest number of shows. Stages are divided in 2 areas: Main, Marquee, Backyard, Lift and Club are all very close to each other, you can commute between them in 5 minutes. Just a few minutes more to reach Dance Hall, Boiler and Booth.

Main and Club are simultaneous and alternate with Marquee, Backyard, Lift and Dance Hall; Boiler and Booth have non-stop electronic music. In every moment you can choose between 3-4 sets but for most of them you have no hurries to catch a good spot... Maybe only for Chappell and Oscar, maybe Jamie XX in the Marquee (like Soulwax last year), but you can walk in front of almost every stage to see and listen well even when the concert is already started.

Every tent remains open on the sides and on the back and there's no limited access stage.

2024 Timetable is still online to have an idea https://2024.pukkelpop.be/en/line-up/friday

If someone here has a combi ticket too much, I‘d be glad to take it 😎

Asked the same thing here and on Festileaks but I'm scared it won't be technically possible until the official resale system doesn't open in late July or early August (I don't remember exactly)

Not the names I was looking for but to be expected at this stage and I'm sure there's some decent stuff in there.

Apart from Idles, I think the Saturday Main Stage lineup may be the worst they've ever had.

I agree with you, but you know how much I'm interested in Main Stage...

I didn't expect to get Mogwai, Karate, The Murder Capital, Yard Act, Kneecap, Deadletter, Ditz, Yussef Dayes, Maruja, Ry X, Been Stellar (among others) all together in these two waves of announcements and now I'm seriously impressed by this undercard.

Few decent names there for my tastes (Kneecap, Effy, DJ Gigola, Narciss) and loads of interesting stuff to check out so all in all it's looking great so far! Expected to see Myd announced but still time. Don't think anyone can complain about the amount of guitars on offer this year as there's loads of bands across a whole range of genres.

Looks like we're getting 4 international DJ's each day in the Boiler, which is similar to last year. It's a far cry from the past though where it would open at midday with a local DJ and we'd then get 7 or 8 decent names, some of them big hitters, right through to the Belgian closer who'd play until 4am.

    • Not necessarily but it should be, Download have a habit of messing it uo when others get the bookings on point. Good Charlotte I doubt are playing 3rd down and that too 3 that day while dreamy is too strong. I think you'd have one another day to help sell weekend tickets. I also doubt Papa Roach play.
    • Here's a bit of a wild stab, few placings may be off, and for all I know half of these won't actually be touring next year, but screw it, it's a bit of fun   Pyramid: Sabrina Carpenter, Phoebe Bridgers, TBA (Florence + The Machine), Garbage, The Last Dinner Party, Interpol, Alex James Britpop Classical Other: Chase & Status, Teddy Swims, Clairo, The Kooks, Zara Larsson, Kingfishr, Sports Team, Orbital West Holts: Robyn, Baby Keem, De La Soul, Deltron 3030, JID, Dua Saleh, kwn, Daniela Latila Woodsies: Bonobo, Darkside, TBA (Tame Impala), Laufey, Warmduscher, Wednesday, The Lottery Winners, The Royston Club, Florence Road Park: Patti Smith, Super Furry Animals, Slayyyter, The Cardigans, Skye Newman, Kelly Lee Owens, Teen Jesus & The Jean Teasers   Pyramid: Harry Styles, The xx, Richard Ashcroft, The Pogues, Jessie J, Sigrid, Travis Other: Rosalia, Sombr, Mitski, Alex Warren, Holly Humberstone, Cat Burns, Pale Waves, Yard Act West Holts: Basement Jaxx, Elyanna, Clipse, L’Imperatrice, Nation of Language, Jim Legxacy, Yazmin Lacey, RIP Magic Woodsies: Suede, Chvrches, Bleachers, MUNA, The Cribs, Keo, Bleech 9:3, The Lilacs Park: MARINA, Magdalena Bay, Jacob Alon, TBA (Lily Allen performs West End Girl), Getdown Services, Isaac Wood, Snail Mail, Madra Salach Pyramid: Sam Fender, Hozier, David Byrne, Cher, Obongjayar, David Gray, Billy Ocean Other: Doja Cat, Deftones, Addison Rae, Ren, Viagra Boys, Maisie Peters, The Reytons, Hard Life West Holts: Kano, Thievery Corporation, Angine De Poitrine, Thee Sacred Souls, Brooke Combe, Sasha Keable, Master Peace Woodsies: The Wombats, Metronomy, Geese*, Dry Cleaning, EsDeeKid, Sienna Spiro, Cowboy Hunters, Radio Free Alice Park: Big Thief, Laura Marling, MJ Lenderman, Richard Dawson, Oklou, Maruja, Dead Dads Club, Ratboys   *There's always one band booked for Woodsies that ends up being massively under-billed and gets shut down really early. They'd be better off playing somewhere like Other sub, but I could see the G getting them to play a smaller stage while it's still possible
    • Another Kraftwerk one for me today, as just back from seeing them.
    • Completed my 2026 survey. Put down Super Furry Animals as my most wanted for next year but suspect the moment has gone for that. Popped a big shopping list in the box for who else you would like to see. 🙂
    • Blink-182 / Avril Lavigne / Good Charlotte / Neck Deep    Lamb of God / Malevolence      System Of A Down / Five Finger Death Punch / Skindred / Godsmack   Motionless In White / Poppy      Deftones / Gojira / Knocked Loose / President    Sabaton / Amon Amarth
