Harry MonkFish
I absolutely adore Cat Stevens. I think having ticked McCartney off last year he's the only person in my must see list. Now how long before I find out I'm down to work for that set.
clarkete
About 35 years ago I attempted what several friends had earlier done, which was to play the guitar. My lack of both talent and perseverance put paid to that however a Bristol night tutor did give me this... Given the other things he passed out were Dylan, Woody Guthrie, Paul Simon etc he seemed to be in good company (in terms of playable by numpties)... Justiceforcedave
Voice sounds mint and the setlist is great! 'I love my dog' will be heard on the Pyramid! Huzzah.

CaledonianGonzo
Not too shabby https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/yusuf-islam/2023/zitadelle-spandau-berlin-germany-4ba6c75a.html But seems that the curse of the medley has d@bbed down first cut is the deepest. Can confirm from the video it gets a full outting! The "medley" is just ole Cat not really stopping between songs rather than shortening them into some kind of hideous, John Carpenter's 'The Thing' style mixture. mickthevoice
Excellent stuff, thanks for sharing. The video is just over 75 mins so I’m assuming this is pretty much what we’ll be getting next Sunday. We just need a sunny afternoon (fingers crossed). A combination of the last day of the festival, a week on the booze and some classic cat Stevens will definitely provoke the tears 🤣
WestCountryGirl
This is the one set that I am probably most excited about, that I keep forgetting about, and then being overjoyed to remember. That setlist is unbelievable.. Gonna be tears for sure.

doogie
He was incredible. He sounded just as good as he did 50 years ago. His setlist was perfect, and there was a Glastonbury moment when the sun came out just as he sang "Here Comes The Sun" 🌞 Set of the weekend for me (although Elton was pretty good too!)
