Lola Young at the Royal Festival Hall tonight, part of Little Simz' Meltdown. This was one of those shows that I went to which is more my partners taste then some one I like. I knew one or two tunes that my partner plays a lot like Messy so expected it to be an ok night out. But woah, I was not expecting her to be as good as she was. I was spell bound from the first song, she is something special. I loved every minute, the only down side was it seemed to be over so quickly.

Well worth going to see her, if you get a chance. She has that certain something special about her, I think I have come away a fan.

NIN were incredible tonight in Manchester. Anyone seeing them this tour is in for a treat.

I've seen the 10 times and this was the best.

The middle stage and the stripped back versions, wow, you could hear a pin drop.  And the remix of Came Back Haunted.

They should be headlining the Other Stage this year at Glastonbury.

Everything about it was incredible. The visuals the for "unpeeled bit" especially for Reptile just mind blowing.

First time at the venue generally I was impressed. Be interesting how the sound is for other bands. Last night amazing and so loud!

Should be headlining the whole thing. As good as live music gets really.

Funnily enough the last time they played Manchester they didn’t play it either - we did get Only though.

I went in blind and the whole thing blew me away. Like you say the unpeeled section was like nothing I’d seen before - and the surround sound was incredible. The middle section felt like it would fit perfectly on Arcadia.

There was so little hype or fanfare for this tour, I was almost expecting them to go with the bare bones set they’d been doing for a while. And then they pull this out. Definitely makes sense why they went back to arenas.

Trent knew what he was doing by not even thinking about spoiling this one. I mean last arena tour for Hesitation Marks which was the last full visual spectacle only had a couple teasers with the backing band and thats it.  Future Ruins is gonna be the same if they barely give any info out aside from the festival map and schedule. Never doubt em.
