Sorry I didn’t make it. Last night got a little messy at my house. I blame the torrential rain.

ur a shitbag for not coming

I knew there was something missing last night - that mutual respect and warmth you two have. 😊

So glad you came! Was lovely to meet you and your gorgeous dogs!!

Thanks. I was amazed they were as well behaved as they were. Ferris usually decides to bark for ages but think we tired him out at the park before I joined and the heat of the day had obviously drained him!!

Us oldens need their sleep! I need at least 5 hours, ' If i were twenty years younger ' and all that 🤪. I've done my fair share of all nighters down the years. For Glasto I can see the reasoning but you guys have artificial means to aid, again I've retired from that as well!

Glad to more people joined up and apologies for not attending my own meeting! 😂 I hope whoever was assigned host was amicable and not power hungry like others that have gone before... 😂

I will hopefully make the next one, but two young kids don't make it easy! I'd have come on at 12 if I had know you were still powering on!!!

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
