Hold on, I'm confused. What are we saying for subs and headliners now? Someone lay it out for me in non-cryptic language as best they can please

Jacksons as a header with Toots, Solange and The Avalanches as subs

you need to ask a better question where I can understand what exactly you're asking.

Apologies, please excuse my informalities.

Please could you list each headliner and sub headliner that is now considered the most likely for the West Holts stage at Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts 2017?

Edit: Cheeeers

Jacksons headlining, Solange subbing.

Also Avalanches and Toots that day, tho i'm not entirely sure of running orders and whether there's other acts around them

Wait, what? All four of them on the same day? I assumed Solange, Avalanches and Toots would all be subs.

All 4 on the same day? That's big if true.

I can only give you guesses for other headliners at the mo.

Because I now know there's more reggae than just Toots my favourite choice for another headliner is Damian Marley, tho i'm not going to get too carried away on that one because there's more reggae in the world than just him. It might be him, and I hope it's him, but I'm far from convinced.

If he's a 2nd, i'd guess the third will be an electronic act of some sort so take your pick from the various suggestions in this thread.

So...

Fri:
Avalanches >> Jamiroquai

Sat:
Solange >> Jacksons

Sun:
Toots >> Damian Marley

I'm not sure if I've read all of the posts right, but, is that close!?

Edit: JK is a big guess

No apparently the Saturday is Toots > The Avalanches > Solange > The Jacksons.

    • I agree but anyone under Rodrigo would be a sub in reality, that day would sell out in under an hour whoever is subbing, in which case Wolf Alice would make a lot of sense   The more unrealistic part of the scenario at this point is Rodrigo headlining
    • All you can say is...     If he couldn't convince nations that really would've benefitted from the short-term hit of an up-front £50mil payment by this time next year, what hope did he have?   Guess we'll now just have to monitor and see if this could derail Infantino's plans to be re-elected FIFA President next year.
    • Spider-Man: Brand New Day   Highlight was a bloke reacting to the post-credit scene by going "Holy f**k it's Tobey Maguire!" despite the scene having no reference to him at all. Which made my close-to-full screening of the film laugh a lot.   Film was pretty good. It was interesting as much as an exploration of the ramifications of the end of No Way Home and being about isolationism and male loneliness, which I thought it actually did quite well. Though I do ponder if I liked it as much as the other 3 Tom Holland Spider-Man movies. Sadie Sink was good tbf, while I also liked Jon Bernthal as Punisher, enough that I might go watch his Disney+ shows.   Seem to have had a Marvel kick recently having also watched Thunderbolts and Shang-Chi, both of which I thought were pretty good.
    • Wolf Alice won't get headliner for Reading either, they will sub if they play, that is where their level has stopped I feel. Both TFG and Skyvip for the big shows this year was just a stretch too far. Every headliner this year is bigger than them too I'd say.   Agree with Capaldi I don't think Yungblud will be at Reading. I would guess Bludfest 3 or Download.
