Unfortunately it is too short notice for my local buddies and so I'll be on my tod. 

Has anyone been to Bearded Theory solo? How was it? I haven't been to a festival in many-a-year.

I did the festival solo in 2012 and had a great time. Got chatting to some lovely neighbours,  saw an absolute shit load of bands and just generally had a fabulous time. You'll love it.

This is my video from that year. It goes on a bit and the music fading in and out is a bit annoying but...

You do see so much more on your own - I have to agree. Here's my flying  solo video - gives the impression I must have been rushing around trying to see everything, but it didn't feel like that at the time

Been on site today, pleased to report that the ground is holding up really well, even considering the rain over the last couple of days and the heavy vehicle movements. Looking good.

Just in case I hadn't mentioned it, I'm going again this year only taking the wife for company (that's her in the picture).  We will be dressed as The Blues Brothers occasionally. It was absolutely brilliant last year. See you down the front for Black Uhuru!

Was helped by the Facebook group. 

There are a limited amount still available if anyone should need. These are with the Local Tourist information centres.

Understand they are being picked up quite quickly !
