thewayiam
I'm going against the grain and hope PJ are not there.I'm going for they had a slight struggle this year as they have booked Flo back again. I'd hope PJ aren't there as well but that being said, bar Flo and FF, I'd hope they all weren't there.
lightning1000
I think a lot of people will have voted for fatm in the survey they did if last year's feedback on her performance is anything to go by. Can't stand her screeching myself but people love her. Werchter has the most year on year repeat acts I've ever seen at a fest, sometimes you get lucky, sometimes it's a dud like flo. Ah well, I'll be having a great time somewhere else regardless
willutalk
Saw Flo at Glasto and was pretty overwhelmed actually. Seen her on three other occasions and always open for a 4th.
e2p2
I'm not surprise that F+TM playing as I thought of the possibility the moment Open'er festival announced them but I'm very surprised that RW made them its second announcement. What's the rush?
Dietediet
When a band is a headliner , Rock Werchter says it with clear words. It makes two times that they don't use the word "headline" , and there's no answer when people ask the question. So it's highly probable that Rammstein and Florence are not headliners. Rammstein is probably coheadliner and Florence subheadliner. We could expect something like :Editors/Gorillaz, Rammstein/The National, Pearl Jam/Snow Patrol, AC/DC(Radiohead?Foo Fighters?)/FATMNot true. Lenny Kravitz last year and KoL in 2014, both were not called a headliner on the day of their announcement. Anyway, they only do coheadliner constructions when it's involving acts that might not be able to carry a day on their own (Blur, Depeche Mode, Editors). So acts like Rammstein, Foos or Pearl Jam will never be involved in real coheadliner constructions (meaning both acts having equally long slots).Florence has achived headline status in Belgium though. And like someone mentioned here earlier: I wouldn't be surprised if she was the highest scoring available act in the recent survey. If she's a coheadliner, it's with someone like Editors or The National. Edited October 30, 2015 by Dietediet

johnybegood
Rammstein / Editors / The National / Florence, would be the cheapest and poorest set of headliners in Werchter history. I was thinkin in going to Werchter instead Pukkelpop looking for nice headliners next summer, but once again I find the same bands (my last pukkelpop was headlined by Editors, the National and QOTSA)
Last Nights Hero
Could we see Flo co - headlining with Editors or National? Hoping for Gorillaz in barn against rammstein.

e2p2
Could we see Flo co - headlining with Editors or National?I think that's likely. In 2014 KoL headlined on their own after co-headlining the year before with Blur but nobody named Flo as co-headliner last year even after Foo's cancelation. thewayiam
do you know something we don't? Does he ever? Why would they be announced now for Werchter given they did a strong pf announcements and Werchter had started announcing.
Last Nights Hero
I saw Oscar and the wolf in Antwerp last night (my 3rd time seeing them) and it was hands down the greatest gig I've ever been to, they really outdid themselves. Would love to see them headline RW some year, maybe after the new album?
thetime
Editors absolutely nailed it last night, first time seeing them in an arena.Top notch, they just get better and better.Belgians are lucky as they get no sound but the wind. e2p2
I just saw the setlist, looks great. When I had my first listen of the album I thought No Harm can be a great set opener and Marching Order is a perfect ending to a show. Tremousse
Beautiful answer ! ERRATUM : The Stone Roses are doing at least one date (probably Finnsbury) and are going to announce something soon. Probably an european tour. Maybe a new album. They have registered a touring company.http://www.tenementtv.com/news/the-stone-roses-register-new-touring-company/ Edited November 2, 2015 by Tremousse
Dietediet
What thetime is referring to is the Stone Roses reunion possibly being the worst headliner booking in Pukkelpop history, managing to draw merely 10-12k people in a festival with a capacity of over 50k. I don't think RW is even considering to give them a high spot, to be honest.
foolee
Thank god, I wouldn't be impressed with The Stone Roses as a headliner. I don't know what to expect after announcing Florence on friday but hoping for something better.Hoping to see Foo Fighters, Green Day, Coldplay, Editors or Pearl Jam amongst the headliners. And RHCP for the girlfriend even though I know they're terrible live, it's one to tick off her list.Others which would make my festival cracking: Tame Impala, Foals, Bloc Party, All Time Low, Bring Me The Horizon, Slaves, The Offspring, NOFX, The Hives, Stereophonics, Weezer, The Libertines & The Maccabees. Got to get a few of those surely! Edited November 2, 2015 by foolee
