I'll be honest. This Juventus/Inter game tonight is one of the two games I've been looking forward to this weekend. The other being tomorrow night with Napoli/Fiorentina.

Would have been an absolute scandal if we had not won that final.

Need to beat Liverpool now on Wednesday if we are to have any chance of winning the league.

I only watched the game from 60 minutes in, but enjoyed it.  The advantage of a penalty shoot out is you can keep Sterling from shooting at the goal!

Hes playing really well at the minute. His finishing is woeful though.

I wont go overboard on Rashford based on a couple of games, however for all his faults LVG at least has given the youth the chance. If Mourhino comes in than the days are numbered for these types of players.

No way can LVG be taking credit for 'giving youth a chance', he literally has no other option but to play them. With a fully fit squad you're telling me LVG plays Rashford, that's bollocks.

MOTD just said he has given 11 academy players debuts. That just doesn't happen if Mou is in charge. The fully fit squad argument is silly, as one of the main reason young players ever get opportunities is because clubs don't tend to have fully fit squads over a season.

He had the choice to keep the likes of RVP and Hernandez.

Of course he wouldn't of picked the likes of rashford if Rooney and martial was fit,  then again if he keeps improving he will have to be picked. In the same way lingard is pretty much a first 11 player now, he's taken his chance. 

LVG has said he works with a small squad so that youth get a chance. Its up to the youth to take the chance.

That doesn't happen if mou is in charge because he is a 2 season manager that is there to win a title not hope that one of the kids comes good for him. He would make sure he has an experienced squad to fall back on.

I wouldn't argue with that and I think that's the perfect reason why mou is not the right man for the job

to be fair, the sort of game where the opposition all sit back behind the ball has never suited Theo, so it's no surprise he didn't have much impact. The surprise for me was him being in the team in the first place for a game like this.

Villa? The worst Premier League team ever? That was a rare occasion when they did. They don't have any big gamer players really. Yesterday was a big game. Its a consistent theme with Arsenal.

True. He had chances to run in behind though. Didn't do it. Or wasn't given the ball. He can't really hold the ball up either.

I've got to say, it'll be fantastic if they do ... and will have all the big spenders looking at themselves and wondering where it all went wrong.

Difficult to say, Leicester have the 2 extra points, while spurs have the better squad. I think both have a pretty equal chance, with arsenal slightly less and city still a slight possibility.

Is Leicester struggling to break down a poor Norwich team the sign of a team running out of steam, or the sign of champions. We will probably have a better idea in a few games.

I'm not sure one season of an underdog winning is evidence that big spending isn't the way forward, it would need to 'be repeated before drawing those conclusions.

Not suggesting it is. But maybe these clubs will think twice before parting with their cash. Maybe give a youth player a chance before spunking the cash. Maybe get the scouts working a bit harder. 

Di Maria cost Utd £60 million. Leicester payed £400k for Mahrez.
