Yeah what a joke, as if anyone was bullying on here... I mean Matt has left but y'know, that was just so he could process all the high quality banter.

What a whopper of a post. How do you know that Matt hasn't been posting because of this thread? The simple answer is you don't and from what I can gather, everything on here has been in good nature. I don't think any post has been particularly nasty, but feel free to flag any up if you don't agree.

Ah dude, strongly agree, what was that whole countdown thing? Snide. that's what that was. Pretty funny though as we all waited and it turns out to be nothing.

For the record, I don't know why Matt left, but you seem pretty sure of yourself as well, when in fact you have no idea either... At least being slated day in, day out, across every thread not just this one, sounds like a plausible idea for him giving it a rest.

I'm pretty sure Matt can handle it, if he had a nervous breakdown every time he broke -10 on a post he surely wouldn't continue to post or would do so under another name. If he wanted to be more anonymous he could.

I do feel for him if he does feel 'bullied' though, but don't think that's what this is, he just says ridiculous things and people laugh at it. Sure he'll be back soon (if he actually left). I personally think he's hilarious.

I didn't post for over an hour because your sarcasm offended me.

I'm sure Matt can take it (amirite?). He surely wouldn't keep posting threads like this if he couldn't.

I think the fact that CHVRCHES aren't even in the country during the fest and were aware of that when Shangri-La announced them suggests it was a bit more than an innocuously incorrect announcement. Perhaps not!

You surely have to be aware/had some communication with the act or their people before you announce them, surely? :lol:

      So bad honestly. I get that bad weather happens but their communication was non existent. When you're managing crowds of tens of thousands of people, it's just not good enough. I left when Massive Attack was cancelled (the first time) and it genuinely did feel unsafe trying to get out. No one knew what was going on, people still sitting in the ground when there were hoards of people trying to leave, no crowd management at all...   I've been to PS enough times to know sometimes you need to just roll with it but this was way worse than "the bar queue was 30 minutes long".    Today will be better but still feel super disappointed.
