Pizza as a whole is definitely a rip off. I have only ever paid for 4/5 pizzas that I have really enjoyed and felt I got food value for. Pizza is so much nicer when you make it yourself.

It must be different circles of friends, I've always wanted to go to Brussels, so have my friends, those who have have said great things. Never heard any of my friends talk about wanting to go to Vienna, as foreign places go it's not up there on my to do list that's all

It must be. You should all definitely head to Brussels though. I went there twice last year with two different circles and had a brilliant time both times. The choice of beer in the Delerium cafe is unbeatable, the restaurants we visited we top notch and the architecture in places is magnificent. The Grand Place is worth the trip to Brussels alone.

Vienna's great if you like art and music* and old cafes; maybe less great for youthful hedonism.

* I'm no opera buff, but we went to see The Magic Flute at the Volksopera and really enjoyed it.

I think I'm being a bit (if not very) harsh on Vienna. We went there when everything was shut and it was intended to be a rest period between Prague & Budapest. We certainly didn't make the most of the place while we were there. I'll have to go back there some day.

If we're going to call an Arctic Monkeys album underrated, you'd have to say Humbug (certainly in my circles). I'd say it's quite easily their best but I know a fair few people who aren't keen. Mind you, a lot of those think Teddy Picker is a good track.

I have seriously noticed though that people who don't live in London love the place whereas people who live here are sick of it.

We just had some bad news regarding our tenancy (basically the landlord wants us gone 6 months early and if we don't go then we get to stay until April next year then HAVE to go with no extention) so I am fucking dreading trying to find another flat we can afford. Rent is ridiculous near here. Hopefully I can get a new job and move.
