Balance Payment Email?

6 of my old uni friends are going together and they all live in the same house. Each one has to pay the delivery charge - So they're basically charging £45 (£7.50 x 6) to deliver the tickets to one address.

This will be happening all over for couples, families etc. I'd rather they just included the cost in the overall price so I didn't know and didn't annoy me so much!

Why don't they all order together and then they'd only have to pay one lot of postage. Seems daft to order separate.

They did order together .. I've just read the information on the email again and the postage is per order isn't it. So the £7.50 is for everybody in that order? I don't think they were aware of that. I'm not sure how it works .. I just pay what they ask me to pay!

From the email

'The balance due is £170 (plus a £5 booking fee) per person; plus a £7.50 transaction fee (postage and packing or box office collection) per order.'

So each person will pay the £5, but all put into one order (can do this as long as have reg number and postcode) so only pay the £7.50 postage fee.

I seem to have deleted mine when spannered. I know it was there as I found it but now it's nowhere to be found.

Is it important?

Yes very important , you can't pay the balance with out it

Only joking , its just a reminder the payment window is opening soon

Tickets to be dispatched staring 11th may according to glasto website.

I'm relieved about that. Mine have to travel to Australia, and Royal Mail's international signed for services are only trackable until they're handed over to the overseas mail service (Australia Post, in my case). That means when they arrive in this country, they're as good as any standard bit of post. I'm concerned that if for some reason it gets lost, I won't have a leg to stand on because they'll see somebody signed for it, even though that person is just a random member of Australia Post, confirming it's in Australia now (i.e. there's no evidence it was delivered to me).

It will be a nervous wait for my ticket.

Potential stupid question that could possibly be common knowledge - but say you pay for the ticket in the ticket payment week, but then are unable to attend Glastonbury, are you able to still sell the ticket back to Glaston and receive any refund? Or is it all in, or all out just for this one week of April?

Cheers
