Best Club/Clubnight in the UK.

I've been having a debate with a workmate what the best club or clubnight in the UK is, I'd say I was quite well travelled in regards to most venues within the UK although I have never been to fabric which he proclaims is the best by leaps and bounds.

What is everyone elses' favourite?

Probably a little biased as its my big local club, but Home in Lincoln is a brilliant night out and a very nice club too.

Not a regular clubber any more but Back to Basics in Leeds was always excellent. Unfortunately they are not weekly nights any more and just occasional events

I never went but doubt anywhere will ever top the Hacienda. So I'm told.

I have no idea about clubs in Birmingham nowadays. If you had access to a time machine, I would recommend going back to the time The Heaven & Hell Club sprang up illegally in Moseley. It only lasted a short time before, presumably, the authorities, closed it down. It was, while it lasted, a very special collection of lunatics and misfits who had, to a person, decided to go off on one.

Spiders in Hull is a must although it is a goth place. The drinks are insanely cheap less than 2 quid a pint and shorts at a quid. They don't make much of a mark up on bottles either with a Newcastle Brown rolling in at 2.50 and a fiver for a bottle of house wine.

Old Firestation in Bournemouth. (and maybe join with Club 176/Dusk Til Dawn when I was at Uni, their not going in the same guises now though)

Every other club I've been has been mostly awful.
