They played 67 European shows last time, in two trips. Theres loads more to be added. If its their last tour, its unlikely they'll play a gig to anyone but their fans ie to a festival crowd.

Add to the unlikely column the fact that they would have their show stripped down to Glasto bare bones and broadcast on the Beeb when they're still trying to sell tickets to their mega expensive stage production.

Also, I don't think Brians style of singing is compatible with back to back gigs. I'm amazed he can get through one song!

It ain't happening folks. Someone give Chris Martin a shout and move along.

Back to an earlier point, Foo Fighters are less heavy, and more mainstream, than Muse were in 2004. So it can't really class as Glastonbury following their first ever heavy headliner with two more heavy headliners, when heavier bands than the Foos have headlined.

Anyway, not fussed if AC/DC are out. I still don't understand them at all. Literally every single song is identical to all the others...? Watched some of that River Plate gig last night to see if seeing them live may change my mind. Definitely didn't.

Which just shows your naiivety. Glasto is the most diverse festival going. If you think it's an indie fest then you're much mistaken. But I agree. Give back your ticket. The less moaners we have clogging up the main stages the better.

Which just shows your naiivety. Glasto is the most diverse festival going. If you think it's an indie fest then you're much mistaken. But I agree. Give back your ticket. The less moaners we have clogging up the main stages the better.

My music taste isn't diverse, unless it's pre 1990 or Lady Gaga or Prince or White Stripes I don't like it

But if AC/DC were playing I would 100% have gone but without them there is little to appeal to me, but I will reserve judgement till the line up is revealed

See it from my position, if I had not bothered getting a ticket, and AC/DC played, I would spend that weekend at home having a mini nervous breakdown, was worth a gamble

Doubly gutted about Berlin on 25th June as that was the European gig I was planning on going to....saw Roger do The Wall there last year and it was beyond doubt the best acoustics at a stadium gig I've ever experienced....not to mention Berlin is amazing in it's own right.

....unlike Wembley Stadium where unless you're in the first 10 rows facng the stage it's like watching a gig in an echo chamber....awful.

That's a bummer. Can't vouch for it but Munich's Olympiastadion might be similar; I mean Olympic Stadiums around the world are often built similarly because of it's track purposes and stuff.

Worked out that over the years Bon and Brian I have seen AC/DC 22 times, so as this is almost certainly going to be the last tour I want to get to see them as much as possible, work commitments rule out anything bar UK so they were main reason ok sole reason I took the plunge with Glasto

When the line up comes I might well see it and think 'oh I like that lot' or 'this act looks good' and end up going

Would see The Struts if they ever did Glasto, saw them at Bournemouth air show and fucking brilliant
