Hey Everyone,

Finally registered and looking forward to making my contributions.

I got an email this morning at 9.23 saying my tickets have been dispatched (and this includes my Campervan ticket) so looks like these are being dispatched a bit earlier this year compared to previous years. My See Tickets accounts says 38% dispatched!

All I can think is that they have split them into groups of, say 20k each, so some will see some having been despatched and others, like me see 0%.

The fact that nobody has said they have received them makes me wonder if any have actually gone out.

I thought that also, however a few people got tracking numbers Friday which means they will receive them today but we won't find out until tomorrow as most people will be out at work when they try to deliver them.

Similarly, I remember last year some people not being informed that they had been sent and having to ring See to get a tracking number etc or just being surprised when a delivery comes :)

Not sure if this has been covered but for See Coach passengers, just emailed 'em and got the following response:

19 May 2014 16:37

Good afternoon

All coach E-Tickets are due to be sent by Glastonbury this week.

Kind Regards

Andy Burton

I only emailed as my original confirmation said "You will receive a single e-Ticket for your group's coach travel in the week commencing Monday 12th May, which will include your final allocated coach number, departure times and exact pick up point.".

Had a holding email from See Tickets to say they hadn't received the tickets yet, but would dispatch them when they are in stock over the next few weeks.

Does say to contact them if they haven't arrived 2 days before the event! My nerves couldn't cope with getting the tickets that late but guess its just a standard holding email

    • I guess we'll just have to wait until videos of the shows go up, but the fact that the standing is also greyed out still suggests to me that those sections just sold out out before the others and a blue block just be like 3 tickets left, it's still not concrete proof they never went on sale and if they were never on sale why would they not make it even, if 414 wasn't on sale then you'd think 409 wouldn't be either
    • Selfish, but I've done the 2 days I'm there.. i'll try to do the rest through the day but might get beaten to it as it's editable....    https://clashfinder.com/s/ape2026/
    • I don’t think the festival automatically ‘need’ to have a female headliner if you have strong female headliners on the Other Stage (which I reckon will be Rosalia and Phoebe Bridgers), perhaps a female legend (praying for Annie, will take Cher), and a few female/mix gendered subs on the Pyramid (maybe London Grammar, The xx). From what I’ve seen of Sabrina, her team prioritises the pay day and I think she will be doing Wembley over Glasto weekend.   One thing I’ve noticed is a lot of the suggestions would be first time headliners and I can’t work out when the last time was that the festival had three artists top the bill that hadn’t topped it before? It seems to be something they like to do to make sure they have a ‘safe’ headliner that will land well with the masses. Plenty of names in that hat that could step back up next summer and should/could be about: Billie Eilish, Adele, Foo Fighters, The Cure, Radiohead, U2…hell, if Beyoncé is really planning to release a ‘rock n roll’ album to complete her Renaissance trilogy, Glastonbury would be a great place to ‘kick off’ that campaign for her.   And there’s always the Rihanna rumour. Her husband (I think) said this week she’s in the studio.
    • And all (or all but one) of the secret sets repeats though?
    • 1. Coming with my sister (our 4th Sziget together) 2. 3 days (Thursday-Saturday). Would rather do Tuesday-Thursday but not enough AL 😞 3. Wednesday evening  4. Apartment  5. FATM (will be my 10th Florence’s gig) 6. Parcels/Paris Paloma
