So this is still pretty much up in the air. What's everyone's thoughts? I would have thought Seun Kuti could have headlined, but as he's playing the Saturday and that appears to be Bryan Ferry who do you think will be the Friday and Sunday headline and sub acts? De La Soul maybe? Rodgrigo y Gabriela?

Well RP's website and Facebook page has him down as playing the Saturday. ITB says he's on Friday though so I dunno with that one.

They had a bit of a hippity hop day last year didn't they? Could do De La Soul subbed by Jurassic 5 on the Friday? Or just go with M.I.A.?

Is it worth speculating that one of the headliners may not have been announced as playing yet?

if everything I was told was correct, all three headliners are within what's already been announced.

I remembered many of the acts and got told "no, not them", but Robert Plant was one of those I missed. Which is why I ended up thinking it was probably him (it's not a rock band, it's very world-y).

Orbital headlined the 'Jazz/World' stage in 99, so it can happen.

that was a combination of lots of different circumstances. They weren't actually an act that JW was wanting.

Still, I got to go and see them at Bristol's Coulston Hall for free as a result of that Glasto show (under the guises of a pre-production meeting), so it wasn't all bad. :P

but Robert Plant is supposedly Saturday somewhere. If you're saying Ferry is headlining WH, where do you have Plant?

how about before Jack White on the Pyramid?

if you look in different places, you get told different days for when he's playing. His booking agent's website says Friday and I'm inclined to believe them over all others, as keeping accurate diaries for acts is an important part of what they do.
