Top 10 Acts You're Most Looking Forward To

Recommended Posts

This can be a thread to post your Top 10 list for this years festival. This is so the 2014 thread doesn't become full of things like these.

1. Blink 182

2. Vampire Weekend

3. Don Broco

4. Enter Shikari

5. CHVRCHES

6. Arctic Monkeys

7. A Day To Remember

8. Bombay Bicycle Club

9. Gnarwolves

10. The Wonder Years

That's mine, it's likely to change a lot between now and August. The Story So Far, Peace and Crossfaith are also very close to my Top 10.

No particular order

Queens of the Stone Age

Royal Blood

The Hives

The 1975

Pulled Apart By Horses

Blink-182

Bombay Bicycle Club

Catfish and the Bottlemen

Enter Shikari

A Day To Remember

These aren't necessarily my top 10 favourite acts playing, they're the 10 I'm looking forward to most of all (mainly as I've only seen 3 of them).

Also very much looking forward to Gnarwolves, Arctic Monkeys, Cage the Elephant (although they'll probably clash) and The Horrors

Qotsa

Cage the elephant

Band of skulls

Marmozets

Letlive.

Royal blood

Pulled apart by horses

Chvrches

Mongol horde

Warpaint

I think this list just confirms why I'm not paying £210+ this year. I actually don't enjoy the festival itself, I'm just there for the bands, and this year the bands aren't there in my opinion.

    • He was also arrested for allegedly punching his pregnant girlfriend.   Such a charmer.
    • George Borg - now he was a character. Both terrifying and endearing, often in the space of 5 minutes. Entertaining times back then!
    • Shamelessly got AI to put my lineup prediction into a poster. This is based on Wacken and what I think we may get generally. Could just as easily replace Knocked Loose with Malev because it’ll be one of the other. Wish we could have a scenario where they co-headline and each get like 75mins or something.
    • There’s normally a high churn but to only have one bit-part player left from the season before is very strange - unless you go into administration. Our new manager made his signings early - mainly from the league below - so interesting to see what happens.
    • As has been said Trump wasn't lying when he said he has solved multiple wars.   I mean he's ended the Iranian war at least 9 times so far and counting...
