Glam it up - West Holts

I'm a bit concerned at those two West Holts headliners to be honest. Maybe they're looking to up the crowds they get for headliners, I don't know. The other stuff which should realistically be on WH looks good though.

One thing that seems difficult to agree on is who does and doesn't constitute a West Holts act. Given the diversity of the acts that can appear there, it's often a difficult one to call for certain. People saying John Grant should play there is a case in point.

True, and for me at least it's got harder since Steve started booking it a few years ago. I do think Steve is doing a fine job tho.

I guess, tho, what we could say is ruled out is ploddy 4/4 rock. I can't think of that stage ever having an act like that.

not impossible I guess, tho I'm not sure it's too likely if she's only performing on one day. All of the acts I can think of who've done Pyramid and WH have dpone them on different days as far as I can remember (except for perhaps Manu Chao).

MIA would probably headline wet holts if she was on it, but I reckon she will play in the Friday hip-hop (although she's hip-hop in a broad sense of the term) act slot like Snoop and Wu-Tang
