Wednesday: Collapse following the 2 hour sleep you had in the carpark the night before (thanks again, panic-queue people), 5 hour wait to get in and pitching your tent.

Thursday: Get your bearings and do what you should've done on Wednesday perhaps go a little crazy

Friday - Have a good night our with a sensible bedtime

Saturday - Go balls to the wall. Go out and stay out. Go warm or go home, have everything with you.

Sunday - sober up and don't get too mental, need to be able to drive home in the morning.

Monday - Wake up with the horrible realisation of it all being over. Pack your stuff up, drag it across debris-laden field to your car. Spent 10 hours trying to get out of the carpark. Wonder why Glastonbury is still inept at getting cars offsite on the Monday. Listen to radio. Hear that the 3 headliners are booked for next year. Start counting down the 4 months til October ticket sales.

Wednesday = tent up, first roaming lap of the site, PM power nap, head out for a bit of dinner at 6pm-ish, head up the hill behind the Park to watch the lights come on, chilled pub crawl around the site.

Thursday = more of the above - it's a good night to catch some random music in the Greenfield tents, or Croissant Neuf stage etc, just moving on from one place to another as the mood takes you. Thursday is my favourite night of the festival.

Just don't do what i did last year after 5 hours of cueing and 2 hours of broken sleep, pitch tent and go for a wander , get mis lead to the Brothers bar because there was no cue and drink 4 pints of strong cider with no food and no sleep and then pass out for 12 hours!

    • I'm not sure, they aren't giving any headliner in that format 2hours and Foos would have at least 2. I wouldn't say Reading is likely for them next year either. If they are as said going big on a tour with stadiums and festivals then the UK is once place they can definitely do stadiums and that would rule them out. And that's even if they come back for a second UK stint as I fully expect them in Europe from very early. That could be seen as hyperthetical but there are is some places I cannot see them not doing from history.
    • One problem could be that many of the hospitality packages are already sold out. Unless you’ve a media contact, media organisations normally get a hospitality allocation.
    • I agree on WA taking a year off in 2027. But if they got the call from R&L could see them having a similar August to what Fontaines are doing now. A few random shows + 2/3 other festivals. The festival/LN does seem to love them as well so there is a chance they take a punt.   I did see about Rodrigo potentially doing a stadium in Poland but no clue if that would be 2027 or 2028, I just can't see her at the Fest at all, seems too big in current climate.   If I were to guess the headliners next year I'd go with Fred Again/Foos/Capaldi/Olivia Dean/Biffy or Wolf Alice/Some Rapper, Tems?
