Booking any one festival would be a breeze for most people I reckon.

The difficulty comes after you've used up all your favourite bands.

I'd book people that I knew would fit in the position i'd place them... not just my favourite bands.

I'm interested to see who would Sub them if they headlined the Pyramid, before it didn't seem to bad having anyone before them on the other but with the Pyramid it could be anyone. Would loved it to be Placebo on the Other stage though.

I hope we get some heavier (as in Heavier for Glastonbury) bands play on the Saturday.

Enter Shikari went down well last year, be nice to see them move up to the Pyramid.

Did you see their crowd last year? I turned up halfway through their first song and got right near the middle at the front.

No way they could pull a pyramid crowd

I thought it was pretty busy, I have the full set downloaded on my computer so Ill take a look.

Still they went down well and the reviews for their set were really good. The video clip on BBC was in the top 5 viewed videos for Glastonbury until they got taken down.

THIS!

Metal for people who are too scared to grow their hair long in case they upset their "team leader" at work.

Silly , just because they are popular and pretty mainstream now doesn't mean Kill em All and Master of Puppets are not absolute classic albums of the genre and don't forget they pretty much invented thrash metal (which I spose doesn't mean anything if you don't like that kind of music)

Not the heaviest metal band out there but one of the most technical and skilled

Sorry it's not the Killers again

Are Metallica not one of the "Big Four" who are said to have "invented" trash metal?

I know fuck all on this but I do recall this being said to me before.......the others being Slayer, Anthrax and Iron Maiden?

Edit - Sorry Iron Maiden are not Megadeath are apparently

    • Just watched Annie Lennox at Wilderness Festival as part of her global feminist The Circle initiative. She curated the 2 hour slot with special guests including Jessie Ware and then did  a 1/2 hour slot singing her and Eurythmics hits at the end. Her voice is amazing still and I am convinced she would do an amazing set on Sunday afternoon. She even wore a jacket with a sparkling CND symbol on the back! It’s a sign!!
    • 1. Jack White - Frozen Charlotte 2. Buffalo Traffic Jam - Pictures Of You 3. The Rolling Stones - Foreign Tongues
    • Is it one of those bollocks things where ones is a festival and the other would be a show lol
    • Hello,   I have no idea what the answer is to your question, but wish you well in your quest for information.
    • Yes, I was asking about comedy, and also it seems odd that after bringing it back last year, the Seaside Stage seems to have gone again. Probably why Massaoke (basically a big karaoke sing-along) is now on the Castle Stage. But on all three days?! Does all seem a little desperate this year, though hopefully I will be proved wrong. Still think the Mary Wallopers fiasco has probably put a lot of artists off performing at Victorious, hence the reduction in stages and acts appearing... One of the best things about Victorious in the early days was its value for money compared to some of the other bigger festivals, but this certainly not the case anymore...
