Primavera always has amazing lineups, surprised it's taken so long for you folks to notice.

Many of the cheaper places will have probably been booked already. Prices certainly shoot up around the 29/30/31st thats for sure and flights too. Our lot made sure that everything was booked before the announcement today and it was quite tricky finding half decent apartments for the week in a decent location even then. Do not hang about if you are wanting to go!

I've been to Barcelona a few times and there are plenty of cheap places to stay and eat (compared to say London) in good locations for the city and where the festival is, although I've never been over Primavera weekend so don't know how much they hike the prices up.
