Judging by his recent Instagram posts, Deadmau5 is working on a new stage visuals and has tour dates up until March this year.

Possibility of Other Stage Saturday night headliner in the slot recently taken up by Chemical Brothers (11) and Chase and Status (13)?

you've missed off the greatest electronic headline set out of that list. Orbital 2010.

Do any of the 90s rave djs ever turn up: top buzz, Ellis dee, groove rider etc?

SL2 played on the Sunday night at Arcadia in 2011. Can't recall seeing many of the old skool DJs over the past few years but there's plenty of circa 91-93 tunes played on some of the smaller sound systems around Silver Hayes

One of the best things I have seen at Glasto was when I was wandering around Trash City a few years back. There was a tiny room with a DJ in, and all he was playing was old Commodore 64 music. Marvelous stuff, it brought back some great memories of my youth. Loved the music that you get out of the old Commodoe 64

Eric Prydz and Deadmau5 both have new albums coming out this year.

Could see Deadmau5 headlining arcadia maybe?

Would very much like to see a DM appearance this year. There are some amazing pre-release tracks ripped from his soundcloud recently on YouTube that really are the dogs gonads. He's always pushing different ideas & doesn't give a f*ck about opinion, the way it should be if you ask me...

I heard some of them before they were taken off soundcloud. Thought Avaritia was great.

Have you heard Porter Robinson's song from his new album he posted yesterday?

I am really looking forward to hearing his album! Hopefully this will be accompanied by a Glastonbury appearance or at least a UK appearance somewhere. He has stated that he is going for more of a M83 sound now.

Awakenings festival (the biggest techno festival in europe) is on the same weekend. So grabbing a few would be hard.

Ahh didn't realise that :-( shame but I see Seth troxler is playing Sunday there and Glasto so all is not lost....shame Dave Clarke and Carl Cox are playing both days over there..

  • 1 month later...

Any more news on what circoloco are providing at Glasto? A night in an area? Or do they have their own stage and are one of the new ones Emily said about?

Isn't circoloco the Ibiza thing where its on all day full of people pulled out their minds wearing shades at 10am ? Hopefully it'll be in a tent far away from everything else to keep riffraff away

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
