Eminem & Chase and status will get the biggest w*nker crowd of the weekend

Green day and soad will get the biggest fanboy crowd of the weekend (not saying that they will be screaming like girls just you know what I mean)

Biffy will get a big, nice happy crowd! That are all polite as fuck and they are out to have a good time!

NIN Will not have much youth, shame.

Eminem by a country mile will get biggest crowd. Hes by far the biggest draw at the festival, does not tour much in uk, people being curious about him. If I was going I would even though he was shit ladt time around.

Lets be honest its not been difficult to see biffy at fests/gigs last few years and even less difficult in the next few years.

Green day? Well...

System of a Down will probably get the biggest crowd. Clash wise they have it the easiest & they'll appeal to both Green Day fans & a lot of Skrillex's cross over fans, so I should imagine they'll have a big crowd based on that.

Chase & Status will be busy, as will Eminem, but I think people are underestimating Alt-J though, all the indie kids that think Eminem doesn't belong here will be in the NME tent.

When you were my age I doubt all the girls in your town had clap, or some sort of mental inefficiency

It depends on Biffy's set length, if they start around half 8, get 2 hours they'll finish half 10ish? Might be able to catch the end of KP unless they get a ridiculously short set?

I reckon one of the biggest on NME will be Bastille, reckon they'll get a fucking huge crowd. Pompeii is being played absolutely everywhere, they had a number one album and theyre on relatively early, think they clash with Deftones who I can't see getting a huge crowd.I think they will pack out the tent.

I've never understood why the curfew at Leeds is earlier, yet it's more out in the open than Reading & thus less likely to disturb anyone? Plus they have after hours stuff that Reading doesn't. It's really odd.

Nope all headliners finish at the same time. It's different at download where they all start at the same time but not R&L. Set times should be worked back from the curfew for headliners. So 23:30 at reading would have a 2hr30 set starting at 21:00 at Leeds it's 23:00 curfew so biffy for 2hr30 would start at 20:30.

Plus all women/girls are batshit mental. You'll find that in every one of them.....

Are you talking about Leeds or Reading? They both started about 10.30pm at Reading (the View may have been a bit later) and finished at 11.30pm. I would imagine at Leeds they both started and finshed half an hour earlier, given that Leeds' curfew is half an hour before Reading's.

    • Completed my 2026 survey. Put down Super Furry Animals as my most wanted for next year but suspect the moment has gone for that. Popped a big shopping list in the box for who else you would like to see. 🙂

    • This Isaac wood news has dropped right out of left field. Great to hear he feels up to doing live stuff again    what will he play? Solo stuff , old BCNR stuff?    It’s only in November , it’s a bold booking to for someone who has previously had some struggles to come back and play a load of new stuff to crowds that big
    • Wow, Blink-182 back so soon. They’re the band they’ve never booked then. Great booking if they’ve got them.    Deftones, Papa Roach, Knocked Loose   Lamb of God   Blink-182, Avril Lavigne, Good Charlotte   Megadeth   Slipknot, Gojira, Motionless In White   All Time Low
