Glasto 2014 now includes Eagles, Metallica, Vintage Trouble and the Chills.

The five songs each act's played live most often over the past year or so, which for Metallica is One, Seek & Destroy, Enter Sandman, For Whom The Bell Tolls and Nothing Else Matters, and for Eagles (who have extremely consistent setlists) it's Hotel California, Desperado, In the City, Take it to the Limit and Life's Been Good.

love the spotify play list thang for glasto, cant wait til it fills up a bit as i cant hide my dismay when i put it on shuffle and the first song i heard was fuck you by lilly allen.

Ha! Unfortunately, unless we get to book the acts ourselves there's always going to be some shite on there. But that's what the skip button is for!

Latest TBCs Blondie, Wild Beasts and new soul singer Harleighblu on there now.

So glad, you've not run away, or buggered off, or chickened out.....

Now, how many will that confuse?

When danger reared its ugly head, he bravely turned his tail and fled.

Ha ha, what can I say, I'm a lover not a fighter! :)

Added 2 Bears, CC Smugglers, Brian Jonestown Massacre (that TBA has got to be Glasto surely), Jimi Goodwin (only 2 tracks of his solo stuff on there, but he is playing some Doves tracks), Stromae, Bondax and the Orwells over the weekend: Glasto 2014.

    • Elastica posted last night teasing a return, wonder where they would play if they reformed?
    • I agree but anyone under Rodrigo would be a sub in reality, that day would sell out in under an hour whoever is subbing, in which case Wolf Alice would make a lot of sense   The more unrealistic part of the scenario at this point is Rodrigo headlining
    • All you can say is...     If he couldn't convince nations that really would've benefitted from the short-term hit of an up-front £50mil payment by this time next year, what hope did he have?   Guess we'll now just have to monitor and see if this could derail Infantino's plans to be re-elected FIFA President next year.
    • Spider-Man: Brand New Day   Highlight was a bloke reacting to the post-credit scene by going "Holy f**k it's Tobey Maguire!" despite the scene having no reference to him at all. Which made my close-to-full screening of the film laugh a lot.   Film was pretty good. It was interesting as much as an exploration of the ramifications of the end of No Way Home and being about isolationism and male loneliness, which I thought it actually did quite well. Though I do ponder if I liked it as much as the other 3 Tom Holland Spider-Man movies. Sadie Sink was good tbf, while I also liked Jon Bernthal as Punisher, enough that I might go watch his Disney+ shows.   Seem to have had a Marvel kick recently having also watched Thunderbolts and Shang-Chi, both of which I thought were pretty good.
    • Wolf Alice won't get headliner for Reading either, they will sub if they play, that is where their level has stopped I feel. Both TFG and Skyvip for the big shows this year was just a stretch too far. Every headliner this year is bigger than them too I'd say.   Agree with Capaldi I don't think Yungblud will be at Reading. I would guess Bludfest 3 or Download.
