Soni was never as metal as Download. Regardless, I think it'd do better off targeting the sort of audience R+L did in the 90s and early 00s rather than competing directly with DL every year for every band.

They probably think(if true) that theres no room for 2(not counting bloodstock) big metal fests. How many repeat booking would there be? Maybe market it as a 4 day fest like pheonix.
