Hahaha, you're either taking the piss or I think you may have been at a different gig fella! I do feel sorry that you weren't able to enjoy it because for me it was awesome! A gig I will remember for a very long time.

If you feel so strongly about the reformed bands then why did you spend £60 on a ticket for Stone Roses at Heaton Park? And if you didn't buy the ticket, why did you bother going?

I had some hospitality and back stage tickets which gave me the chance to spend time with some friends I don't see enough of so would have been mad not to. There was a secondary issue that they realeased their first average album just prior to that point in my life when music takes over the second rubbish one during, didn't rate them then so was curious about how they left this legacy. Still thousands of people lapped it up so that's fine.

Your second point is quite sad, like they only had to turn it on for the mcr gigs and then jist go on going through the motions and take the money

Oh and I met mani and he was a bit of an odious little twat

I had a great time seeing my friends, Im terribly sorry that you don't understand that despite giving it a go the music just wasnt for me. Yes loads of people lapped it up and good for them, I've already said that . I wasn't mardy with anyone, with mani I said

"looked like you enjoyed that"

He said "whats it to you ? "

How mardy!

He probably thought exactly the same about you. Especially if you were spreading your mardy negative vibes. How anyone couldn't have enjoyed Heaton Park is beyond me. Everyone and I mean everyone who I saw there on the day I went was having a fantastic time. I've never been to a gig where some many people were having such a good time. If you couldn't enjoy that then I'm surprised if you could ever enjoy anything.

I would also say that The Stone Roses at Heaton park were probably a damn site better then any of the shows that they played towards the end of their run.

I just enjoy things for what they are. Look to much into anything and you'll find flaws.
