Lineup 2014

TDCC headlining hasn't sold it to you?

I was hoping for Latitude to break the shite-ness of UK festivals so far this year.

Nope.

I think Latitude will be good. I was just hoping that I wouldn't have to make a close call between it and Truck this year, and with one of the two a hell of a lot cheaper, I know which I'd prefer to be awesome.

So your "argument" actually comes down to

Waaahhhh I don't like Paramore, all their fans are stinky yucky girls and I hate girls!!

I don't hate girls, I just prefer them to be legal and act like they are of legal age.

I can literally see the lineup being something along the lines of;

Queens of the Stone Age

Paramore

Vampire Weekend

The 1975

Blink 182

You Me At Six

Weezer

Franz Ferdinand

Arctic Monkeys

Foals

Two Door Cinema Club

Disclosure

Now how underwhelming and aweful would that be? Yes theres bands I like there but no wow factor at all, I like Foals but subbing no. Queens, VW and Weezer would be brilliant but nothing out the ordinary or shocking.

I'd go if it was that :ninja: Apart from YMAS and Paramore that would be splendid, you can't have it all though...swap Disclosure with Franz Ferdinand mind :P (I know that ends up Indie act Vs. Indie act ...same label in fact! But it would be better for me!)

Oh and I'd say these years headliners (if correct) is on par to 2011.

Blink and MCR are equally as awful.

Arctics and Muse are both recent HUGE massive UK rock bands.

The co headliners....well there was a reunion factor to 2011 but I prefer the QOTSA and Paramore combo to the strokes and pulp, just because indie bands never excite me live.

    • Cool, if potentially completely exhausting, idea.
    • We don't have any choice but I don't need a t-shirt for it! 🙂    On the bright side, it gets it out of the way for a nice 5 year run... notwithstanding wars, new contagious diseases and apocalypse.
