Nice got lucky there, our place seemed to sell out of everything I wanted. Deftones, Foals, Peace, David Bowie, The XX and ATDI were all gone!

Definitely lucky, got there at 8 (half an hour before opening) and only got most of the stuff because I managed to join the queue with a friend who got there at 7:30

I almost died of shock when the Bowie hadn't run out, really wasn't expecting to get that. Did miss out on Tame Impala and Jesus and Mary Chain though, but you can't have everything

Chichester has never had a record store. The city center is full of rich shit now

I wanted Foals & The Cure, but then I didn't have enough money anyway so not really bothered.

I'll try & make an effort next year...

Four Simple Words is fantastic live as well. I saw him back in November, when no one knew it, and it still got a fantastic and energetic reaction, even bigger than most of his better-known songs.

He opened with it on Friday, I actually thought either that or recovery were the weakest live out of the 4 new songs he played. Plain sailing weather translated live the best for me personally

£50 a term, it's supposed to cover my bus fare, lunch, materials etc because my family aren't rate well off. Luckily I get the free college bus cause I live over 3 miles away, otherwise that would cost me £400 a year.. £200 across 4 terms to cover that.. haha it's quite shit if I'm honest.

And then there's the people who do BTECs who get £200 a term. Sigh.
